I spent two decades in marketing leadership roles before founding High Meadow Agency. I have built brands from scratch, managed seven-figure ad budgets, led in-house teams, and worked with businesses across a wide range of industries.
What I kept seeing was the same gap: small business owners who were smart, driven, and great at what they did — but who had no real marketing system. They were running on instinct and hoping something would stick.
